These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Skyward Rise (the "app"), developed and published by Aether Reactor ("we", "us"). By downloading, installing, or playing Skyward Rise, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
Skyward Rise is not directed at children under 13. By using the app, you represent that you meet the minimum age required by your app store and local law to enter into these Terms, or that you have a parent or guardian's permission to do so.
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use Skyward Rise on devices you own or control, for your own personal, non-commercial entertainment, subject to these Terms and your app store's own terms of service.
Skyward Rise creates an anonymous player session to save your progress, as described in our Privacy Policy. You're responsible for the device and any sign-in method used to access your progress. We're not responsible for progress lost due to reinstalling the app, clearing app data, or switching devices without linking a persistent sign-in method where offered.
Skyward Rise has monthly seasons, medals, and a public leaderboard. By choosing a nickname you agree that your nickname, scores, and medals will be visible to other players. Nicknames must not be offensive, impersonate others, or contain personal information. We may reject or change a nickname, and may remove scores, medals, or rewards that we reasonably believe were obtained through cheating, exploits, or tampering with the app or its backend.
Skyward Rise offers in-game coins earned through play or by watching optional rewarded ads, and fixed-amount coin packs purchasable with real money through Google Play Billing. Coin packs contain a fixed amount of coins and no randomized items. The following applies to all virtual currency and in-app purchases:
Skyward Rise shows optional rewarded video ads via Google AdMob in exchange for in-game rewards, such as coins, continuing a run, or saving a streak. You are never required to watch an ad to play the game or to progress through its core content. Ads are served and measured by Google AdMob under Google's own terms and privacy policy.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the app if we believe, in good faith, that you've violated these Terms. You may stop using the app, and delete your data, at any time as described in our Privacy Policy.
Skyward Rise is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available at all times.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Aether Reactor is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the app, including loss of progress, virtual currency, or purchases.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. Material changes will be reflected by an updated "Last updated" date on this page.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the developer resides, without regard to conflict of law principles, except where local consumer protection law requires otherwise.
